Within the light of boom that Aswan University witnessed in the field of education, research , and structure headed by Prof. Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President that announced today the Geology Program of The National Authority of Accreditation and Quality Assurance – Faculty of Science- has been accredited. As well as Prof. Ahmed Ghallab indicated that previously the Power Program at the Faculty of Engineering had been accredited.
That leads to motivate the two faculties to apply for the accreditation with another programs such as the Civil Engineering Program at the Faculty of Engineering, and Geophysics Program at the Faculty of Science and other different programs.
Prof. Ahmed Ghallab added that the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Engineering and other faculties have enough experience to qualify them apply for the programed accreditation or institutionalized accreditation and this accreditation serves the research and educational system in Aswan University.
Dr. Nadie Kamal Aziz-Director of the Assuring Quality & Accreditation at Aswan University added that the center receives high attention under the auspice of Prof. Ahmed Ghallab- Aswan University President , and the center stands ready to provide the technical support for all faculties to qualify them for the accreditation such as: Faculty of Agriculture& Natural Resources and Faculty of Energy Engineering that have obtained a project from the Ministry of Higher Education at Project Management Unit for supporting them to apply for the accreditation, in addition to the moral and financial support that are provided by Aswan University President it to develop the education system according the standards of quality, assurance ,and accreditation.
