Prof.Ahmed Galab Mohamed-Aswan University President confirmed that the number of postgraduate researchers (Masters-PhD) in Aswan University has risen significantly in the last period, moreover there are 400 researchers from Arabic countries at the stage of postgraduates in the faculties of universities that are leading to the rise of the ranking of Aswan University internationally, where we achieved recently to the best 300 universities on the level of the world in the sustainable development according to the British Times Ranking.
During the opening Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed –Aswan University President of the events of young researchers’ conference for encouraging the scientific research and promoting the ranking of the university internationally, and continues for three days in attendance of Prof.Ayman Othman –Vice President for Graduate Studies and Researches Affairs, Prof.Hanan Abdul Monaem Awad –Vice President for Education and Students Affairs,Prof. Abdul Rahman Abdul Basset- Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof.Mohamed Abdul Aziz Orabi-Vice President of the Conference.
Ghallab added the conference discusses 55 different types of research in the different Sciences of (Health – Medical – Humanities – Social – Information Technology), these researches will be estimated and the best 3 of them will be awarded financial prizes.
Prof.Ayman Othman confirmed this conference is considering a great chance for researches to present their different researches, put them to the community and communicate with businessmen to benefit from these researches into reality.
He confirmed that Egyptian Young Researchers have a lot of capacity and capability and with a little of interesting and supporting they can raise the name of Egypt to be among technologically advanced countries; Prof. Mohamed Abdul Aziz Orabi pointed to the opening of the fifth conference for the students of Faculty of Engineering in Upper Egypt entitled” Upper Egypt at the Scene” in conjunction with the opening of young researches’ conference with the participation of 500 students, this conference includes two competitions of the construction of bridges and robots, moreover the opening of engineering exhibition on the margin of this conference which includes a lot of thoughts and new engineering projects.
