Aswan University organized a visit to the air base in the south of Aswan and this within the framework of the interest of the General Command of Armed Forces to raise awareness and raise spirit of belonging and loyalty among university students.Participated in the visit Prof.Ahmed Ghallab –Aswan University President, Lt. Col. Mohamed Kamal El-Din-Head of Military Education Course in the university and a number of students and students’ welfare officials in the university and received them the commander of the air base.
The visit began with show film about Air forces then detailed presentation about the history of the establishment of Egyptian Air Forces, its development and the battles that participated in it from its establishment until now.
From his part Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohammed –Aswan University President expressed his pride and appreciation in Air Force in particular and Egyptian Armed Forces in general ,calling for repeating the visit of university students to air base in order to increase the recognition of the nationality role of our Armed Forces ,the visit also included going to the aircraft’s places for practical explaining , in the conclusion of the visit Aswan University handed over its shield to the leadership of air base.
