Prof. Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President pointed out the university has taken all the precautionary measures to conduct the first-semester exams, which will start from the on Saturday corresponding to February 27th,2021 in accordance with rules and directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Supreme Council of Universities according to the announcing schedules in the different faculties.
Prof. Ahmed Ghallab emphasized the necessity of applying Aswan University’s plan to ensure smooth functioning of the work of the first-semester exams including well-ventilated halls for examination committees and observing social distancing spacing of one and a half meters between each student with wearing medical masks in various faculties with applying all precautionary measures in light of confronting the emerging Corona Virus, in order to ensure the safety of students, academic staff and their assistants, and all university employees; as well as works to harness all the university’s capabilities to run the works of the exams and, to work to success the first semester exams in light of the exceptional circumstances which the country is going through.
Prof. Ahmed Ghallab added the university hostels have prepared to receive students on Wednesday corresponding to February 24th,2021 after conducting spraying and sterilization works in various hostels’ buildings with taking into consideration applying all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of students and university workers.
