Launching training course on e-learning in cooperation with Aswan University and Hawaii Academy

Prof.Ahmed Ghalab Mohmed -Aswan University President said in the light of the cooperation between the university and the global company Hawaii, the branch of the academy welcomes a number of students for getting accredited courses in the fields of Nets and Artificial Intelligence in the second stage for distance training in technology, information, modern techniques, and network communications.

In the light of confronting coronavirus, Aswan University has applied the e-learning through our electronic platform that supports by Hawaii company through its training programs, the increasing acceptance of students has been shown to know the available programs from Hawaii and join them and the extent of the fruitful cooperation between the two sides especially in applying the directions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this period to apply the distance learning.

He added this program will directly contribute to developing and honing the skills of students in the domain of the Technology Information and Communications through the serious practical train that prepares them to face the labor market and the ability of the competition in the domain in the digital transformation.

Dr.Loaay Saad Al-Din Nusrat-Dean of the Faculty of Engineering pointed out the memorandum of understanding (MOU) among Aswan University, Faculty of Engineering and Hawaii Academy has been concluded through January 2020, also it was agreed to set another branch in Upper Egypt to be first Hawaii branch in Aswan for serving the sons of the university and Aswan governorate.

Where students are educated through the infrastructure of the Information and Communication Technology and smart devices, also there are four main fields students are trained on them (Communication Networks-Information Technology-Smart Devices-Cloud Services). Both Dr.Samia Hashmet and Dr.Mahmoud Fakhary have been trained for 15 days (TOT) on the main areas and their passing to the international tests. 

In view of the circumstances of the country that are going in, it was decided to use online learning for the first group of students nearly 20 students, and their names have been registered and the events will be started after Eid Al-Fitr.

This is match with the plan of Aswan University headed by Prof.Ahmed Ghallab -Aswan University President about providing the electronic platform to give lectures and hold the exams for the students of the university.
