Lieutenant General \/ Mohamed Zaki \u2013 Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, has approved the acceptance of a new batch of officers in charge of the military capacity from (human) doctors with (master\u2019s \/ doctoral) holders to work as officers in charge of the military capacity as of July 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

First: \u2013 General<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It has been decided to open the door for accepting a new batch of medical doctors with master\u2019s \/ doctoral degrees to work as officers in charge of the armed forces in the military capacity, a batch of July 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

Second: General conditions: \u2013<\/strong><\/span>
\n1 \u2013 The candidate, his parents, and grandparents must be Egyptians and not acquired, or be applying for the citizenship of another country.<\/span>
\n2- He should not have been convicted of a criminal penalty or a crime involving dishonor.<\/span>
\n3- He shall be of good conduct and behavior.<\/span>
\n4- That the recruitment transaction is attached and extracted from the recruitment department or from the candidate\u2019s recruitment area.<\/span>
\n5- He must be medically fit according to the conditions of medical fitness established by the General Military Medical Council.<\/span>
\n6- To successfully pass psychological tests.<\/span>
\n7- To pass the personal test (the body\u2019s disclosure) according to the assessment of the examination committee.<\/span>
\n8- That the candidate submits written undertakings that guarantee full compliance with the conditions for applying for a military assignment, with an assurance that the data included in the acceptance papers, on the basis of which the candidate\u2019s acceptance was made, is correct throughout his stay in the armed forces (the mandate period).<\/span>
\n9 \u2013 That the candidate adheres to wearing the military uniform in force in the armed forces. Those who have performed military service as a reserve officer are not allowed to run for the assignment of the military capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Third: The conditions that must be met by the candidate: \u2013<\/strong><\/span>
\n1- Physicians who have obtained a master\u2019s degree. The age should not exceed 34 years on 1\/7\/2021.<\/span>
\n2 \u2013 Physicians who have obtained a doctorate degree, not to exceed 38 years of age in 01\/07\/2021.<\/span>
\n3- The grade should not be less than good in the bachelor\u2019s \u2013 master\u2019s \u2013 doctoral degree.<\/span>
\n4- That he has passed the concession period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth: The period of assignment to the military capacity: \u2013<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2013 The ministerial decree of assignment is issued for a period of two years, and it is renewed one year after another, with a maximum of four years.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 The period of assignment in the military capacity and the benefits enjoyed by the taxpayer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fifthly: the advantages of the assigned ones: \u2013<\/strong><\/span>
\nA \u2013 Free treatment for the officer in charge of all ranks, he and his family (wife and children) if he is from the aforementioned, but if he is a female, then free treatment is for her and her children only, and the husband does not benefit from this advantage as the right Bail is limited to the husband, not the wife.<\/span>
\nB \u2013 The officer assigned to the military rank is granted to those with university or equivalent qualifications an honorary military rank equivalent to the rank of a spouse of an officer working in the armed forces who has obtained his university qualification or equivalent.<\/span>
\nC \u2013 After the assignment period ends, the officer assigned to the military capacity is granted an experience certificate.<\/span>
\nD- After the assignment period ends, the officer in charge of the military capacity is given a statement of the period of his service in the armed forces to present to his civil work body to be attached to the period of his service when he is transferred to the pension.<\/span>
\nE \u2013 the officer in charge of the appointed government shall hand his civilian salary, bonuses, and allowances that have permanence, and is in charge of the loan sentenced during the term assigned to the armed forces and has priority in the recruitment and retention of civil functioning in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 87 of 1960. (<\/span>
\nf ) The designated officer not appointed to the government shall receive a salary from the armed forces equal to the salary of his military colleague who obtained the same qualification in the year of his graduation (spouse), including bonuses, military allowances, and other advantages.<\/span>
\nG \u2013 In all cases, the armed forces bear the bonuses, military allowances, and other privileges determined for their counterpart in the armed forces.<\/span>
\nJ \u2013 After completing his assignment, the taxpayer is granted a 9% bonus for those not appointed in the government.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u2013 The door for withdrawing files will be opened at the Armed Forces Officers Affairs Department (Reserve and Commissioners Branch) in Al-Qobba Bridge, as of Saturday, 2\/1\/2021.<\/span>

Required documents when applying for assignment: \u2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1- A copy of the Bachelor\u2019s degree (certified and stamped).<\/span><\/p>\n

2- A copy of the master\u2019s degree (certified and sealed).<\/span><\/p>\n

3- A copy of the Excellence Certificate (certified and sealed).<\/span><\/p>\n

4- A copy of the professional practice decision (certified and sealed).<\/span><\/p>\n

5- Original birth certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

6- A recent criminal file addressed to the Ministry of Defense, original + photo.<\/span><\/p>\n

7- Family registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

8- A copy of the marriage certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

9- A declaration from the husband confirming the approval of the assignment to work in the armed forces.<\/span><\/p>\n

10- The position of male recruitment.<\/span><\/p>\n

11- Certified copy of the appointment decision \u2013 statement of employment status \u2013 certificate of good conduct (from the employer).<\/span><\/p>\n

12- A copy of the candidate\u2019s card \u2013 a copy of the parent\u2019s card.<\/span><\/p>\n

13- Number (2) 4 \u00d7 6 pictures + 10 \u00d7 15 longitudinal card (uniform \u2013 brake).<\/span><\/p>\n

14- Fill out the acquaintance document (3) a copy that takes into account the verification of complete data + a detailed sketch with the title.<\/span><\/p>\n

The original documents must be submitted upon presenting the file.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
