Within the framework of keeping pace with the strategic plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Aswan University, headed by Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman, President of Aswan University, is updating the university\u2019s strategic plan for 2022\/2027 in light of the state\u2019s vision 2030 and the plan for sustainable development and climate change 2050. <\/span>Dr. Ayman Othman, President of Aswan University, confirmed that A committee was formed to update the strategic plan of Aswan University 2022\/2027, which includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Mohamed Abdel Aziz Muhalal \u2013 Director of the International Classification Office \u2013 Coordinator of the Committee<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Nadi Kamal Aziz \u2013 Director of the Quality Assurance Center \u2013 Member<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Abdel Qader Mohamed Abdel Kader \u2013 Acting Former University President \u2013 Member<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Adel Zain \u2013 Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Center \u2013 Dean of the Faculty of Energy Engineering \u2013 Member<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Montaser Mohamed Mohamed \u2013 is a full-time professor at the Faculty of Engineering and a member of the Quality Assurance Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Muhammad Abbas Muhammad \u2013 A Lecturer at the Faculty of Commerce \u2013 a member of the Quality Assurance Center \u2013 a member<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Ayman Othman, President of the University, added that several meetings of the working group were held and the current situation is being analyzed and questionnaires are being made for the participation of all governmental and private sectors from the internal and external community about the university within the scope of Aswan Governorate to come up with a strategic plan in line with the needs and requirements of society in terms of development, health, education, projects, scientific research, and others. From all services and sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this context, the committee held a meeting in the presence and chaired by\u00a0Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman, President of Aswan University, and in the presence of\u00a0Dr.Nady Kamal Aziz Gerges, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the university,\u00a0Dr. Abdel Qader Mohamed, former Vice President of Aswan University, and\u00a0Khaled Asran, Assistant Secretary-General of Aswan University, with the directors of the central departments of the university. To analyze the current situation of those departments in the university and invite them to make a strategic plan for each department on the current situation until July 2027.\u00a0In preparation for updating the strategic plan of Aswan University.<\/span><\/p>\n

Four departments, namely: central student affairs, graduate studies, central research, central cultural relations, and centers and units of a special nature, will present a summary of the strategic plan on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.\u00a0Every week, four other administrations present a summary of their strategic plans.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Nadi Kamal Aziz, Director of the Quality and Assurance Center at the university, explained that this was preceded by a meeting of the members of the committee to amend the strategic plan, and they reached the formulation of the vision, mission, governing values \u200b\u200band objectives, as well as the formulation of 2 questionnaires to be presented to the central departments and colleges for their completion and then analysis of the results to reach the current status of the university Then access to the proposals of the meeting of the members of the committee to amend the plan at the university.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
