Under the supervision of Prof.Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed<\/strong><\/span>-Aswan University President, and Dr. Mohamed Karmi Hussein-Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the faculty sent a medical convey to Bahery Manshia village in Kom Ombo with the participation of an elite of the academic staff of the faculty :<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Eng. Ragab Hassan Mohamed, Department of Obstetrics and Reproduction, and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Bahaa El-Din El-Sayed Abdel Aziz, teacher of El-Maadia and Vice-Dean for Environmental Affairs and Community Service<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Yahya Abbas Amin, teacher at the Department of Obstetrics and Reproduction<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Al-Laithi Al-Laith Al-Laithi, a teacher of surgery<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr.. Majdi Al-Jyoushi Mahmoud, a teacher of internal diseases<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Safaa Youssef Nour, Professor of Internal Medicine<\/span><\/p>\n

Vet.Fatima Syed Muhammad Teaching Assistant, Department of Pharmacology<\/span><\/p>\n

Vet. Asma Muhammad Ahmad Abdel Basit, Teaching Assistant, Department of Surgery<\/span><\/p>\n

Vet. Israa Al Kafi Anwar Teaching Assistant, Department of Internal Medicine<\/span><\/p>\n

Vet. Fatima Abdel Nasser Mohamed Teaching Assistant, Department of Poultry<\/span><\/p>\n

With the participation of the Veterinary Medicine Directorate headed by Dr. Ahmed Saleh-Director General, and with participation of the Veterinarian Syndicate in Aswan headed by Dr. Soheir Kaawan and students of the fifth batches of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.<\/span><\/p>\n

The convoy examined various animals and performed many operations where the surgery department in the convoy performed surgeries such as:<\/span><\/p>\n

Surgical treatment of:-<\/span><\/p>\n

1- Upward fixation of the patella in a buffalo.<\/span><\/p>\n

2- Eye enucleation in cow for treatment of squamous cell carcinoma.<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Tail amputation in sheep (tail docking).<\/span><\/p>\n

4- Equine sarcoid in donkeys.<\/span><\/p>\n

5- Congenital anomalies in umbilical region in calf (case report)<\/span><\/p>\n

6- Hyphema in addition cow.<\/span><\/p>\n

7- Keratitis and corneal opacities in a donkey.<\/span><\/p>\n

8- Laminitis in donkeys.<\/span><\/p>\n

9- Old wounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

10- Abscesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

11- Hoof affections.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Department of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases examined and diagnosed diseases of the digestive system in a number<\/span><\/p>\n

And Respiratory diseases in a number<\/span><\/p>\n
